Benefits investigation (BI)
Get comprehensive BI results when you need them and assistance navigating coverage delays or other complex insurance issues.
Insurance education
If your patients have questions about whether their insurance covers QINLOCK® (ripretinib), tell them to call us. We'll point the way.
For questions about Medicare coverage or the Low-Income Subsidy program (also known as "Extra Help"), refer to our Medicare Overview Brochure.
Prior authorization (PA) and appeals support
Call us to help navigate the process quickly and accurately.
Plus, use our sample Letter of Medical Necessity and Letter of Appeal templates to help speed up the process. These sample letters can be customized based on your patient's condition and plan requirements.

Copay Program
For eligible patients with commercial insurance, our copay program may cover ALL out-of-pocket drug costs (as little as $0 copay).†
Patient Assistance
Program
Patients with no insurance or without coverage may qualify for free medication. Some patients with Medicare Part D may also qualify for this program.†
Patient
Education
Case Managers are available to help patients understand their benefits and other resources that may be available to them.

Be sure to include:
- Prescription
- Prescriber signatures
- Patient signatures
- Optional/recommended: A request for a temporary 10-day supply of free medication, in case the patient faces an insurance delay or interruption
Deciphera AccessPoint assesses coverage and helps identify financial assistance options.
Specialty pharmacy delivers the prescription directly to the patient, or eligible offices may dispense via an in-office pharmacy.
